Can I get a sample before I place a bulk order?

Absolutely. We strongly recommend sampling to ensure the size and print quality meet your expectations.

Digital Proof (Free): A 3D mock-up and flat layout to check positioning and spelling.
Physical Sample (Paid): A fully printed prototype sent to your door. The sample cost is typically credited back to you if you proceed with a bulk order over a certain amount (e.g., $3,000+).

Can you help me with the design layout?

Yes. While we do not create brand logos from scratch, our structural engineers will provide you with a free custom dieline (template) based on your specific dimensions. Your designer can then place your artwork onto this template. We also offer technical advice to ensure your design (e.g., foil stamping or embossing) is printable.

Do you also provide the internal inserts/trays?

Yes, we provide a complete packaging solution. We can custom manufacture inserts to fit your specific product perfectly. Options include:

Sponge/Foam: Softer, budget-friendly.
Paper Cardboard: Eco-friendly and recyclable.

Can I print on both the inside and outside of the box?

Yes, absolutely! We offer full customization. You can choose to print on just the outside, just the inside, or both (two-sided printing) to create a premium unboxing experience.
